We do not disclose your personal financial information (which applies to current and former clients alike). However, we may be compelled by law to make your information available to a regulator or government organization, which may include:

• Court orders, legal processes, or other judicial or investigative proceedings that produce a request for information from us
• Auditing from the State Securities Board of Texas

Safeguarding your information

We have procedures in place to ensure only authorized individuals of the company have access to your personal information. We store your personal information in our Google Drive account, and access to the account is limited to only authorized individuals. We also use Google Email systems to communicate your personal information with you. Our goal is to operate the company sans-paper, so we don’t print any of your information unless you specifically request paper copies.
